VIVIANA ORJUELA

Viviana is a professional in Ecology and Environmental Education, specialized in the strengthening socio-environmental projects, from environmental education, PRAES design and didactic tools to guide educational processes.

She has worked in the field of research at the Cinara Institute of the Universidad del Valle, characterizing and identifying the ecosystem services of different watersheds of the Cauca Valley; she has also participated in social inclusion projects in vulnerable areas such as the “Agua Blanca” district with the ASOMEVID Organization; was a finalist at the Bayer Environmental Youth Conference and is currently involved in the research project on the relationship between scientific knowledge and environmental education at the Institute of Education and Pedagogy of the Universidad del Valle. Since 2013, Viviana has led programs in food security, health, nutrition, reforestation and preservation of endangered ecosystems in Pacto Planeta.
