Relevance and educational quality.

Our long-term goal in education for sustainable development (ESD) is to ensure in schools content and methodologies relevant to the reality and local conditions of developing countries. Thus, we seek that school education is consistent with the environmental, economic and social conditions of each community. What is the purpose of education if it is not to achieve a better world? What is the way to reach a better world if it is not achieving the 2030 agenda? then, why is education not geared to the achievement of the goals of sustainable development?

Teaching components of the program

Transformation of educational spaces

With the help of students, teachers and parents, we construct pedagogical spaces within the school that function as school laboratories for sustainable development.

Integration into the school academic plan

We design pedagogical books for the learning of the subjects of mathematics and English with workshops and exercises alluding to the SDGs.

We train and accompany teachers in the integration of laboratories and primers into the school pedagogical plan.

Eco - energy school lab

We develop school education programs in clean energy where students learn to solve social challenges of their communities taking advantage of the energy generated by the sun, wind and organic waste. Children will be responsible for the development of their communities and our mission today is to ensure that this development is sustainable.

Our method

Laboratory of self-sufficiency, food security and nutrition

Agro School laboratory

We empower students and teachers in the challenges of self-sufficiency, food security and nutrition. During the process the school community builds different types of orchards and uses academic primers with workshops and exercises specially designed for learning English and mathematics subjects.

100% relevant educational content with the community context

We guarantee an educational program fully relevant to the social, environmental and economic reality of the region where the project is being developed:

Urban communities: vertical agriculture and use of urban spaces
u for self-sufficiency.

Rural communities: afamily and productive agroecology, use of water
and solar energy in agriculture.

Communities in arid zones: agriculture by hydroponic and aeroponics
methods for areas with soils and arid climates

Innovation and recycling laboratory

The science of waste

We empower students' creativity and innovation by teaching them different alternatives for using solid and liquid waste for the social welfare of the community. In the laboratory of innovation and recycling the limit is put by the imagination; we create solutions in construction, infrastructure, rainwater storage, fertilizers and even Biogas; all developed from recycled and reused elements.

Pedagogical training aimed at solving community challenges

The school education program integrates the following methods:

Water use: in collaboration with - Ekomuro H_2O-, we build
rainwater storage systems reusing
PET bottles, and teach about water use at school.

Ecological infrastructure: Empower students in basic engineering
and architectural guidelines to provide low-cost, ecological
infrastructure solutions in their communities.

Organic waste: in collaboration with -Compostlab- , we develop
composters and biodigestors for the production of fertilizers and
the generation of community biogas.
